Lemony Shrimp Fettucine |
The pairing of a cheesy cream-based sauce and the lemon’s delicious tang makes one heavenly pasta delight!

Cooking Time: 10 to 15 minutes
Ingredients (serves 5):
- 250 grams fettucine, cooked according to package directions
- 250 grams frozen, peeled shrimps
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup broth
- 1/4 cup dill, chopped
- zest of 1 lemon
- lemon wedges, for squeezing
Preparation:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cream cheese. Add garlic powder; mix well. Pour milk gradually. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
2. Mix in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
3. Add shrimps. Stir gently for 2 minutes or until cooked.
4. Pour broth, chopped dill, and lemon zest. Mix well.
5. Toss or pour over cooked pasta.
